Digital signage is a great way to advertise for any on-campus open events that are hosted by a recognized student organization or campus department. The digital sign will be displayed on seven screens located throughout Rudder Tower and the Koldus building. Please review the digital signage guidelines before submitting the Digital Signage Reservation Request form to the Hospitality & Event Services office on the 2nd floor of Rudder Tower. Reservation Request form and copy of the digital image must be received at least 3 business days prior to the start date of the reservation.
