Recognized student organizations may reserve space that is scheduled by the Scheduling Office at no charge, but the representative from the student group must come to the Scheduling Office to do so. Please allow for 3 business days prior notice of your request for space.
Recognized student organizations may also schedule meeting space on a semester basis. Forms are available in the Scheduling Office and are to be completed and returned by April 15th for Fall semester requests and November 15th for Spring semester requests.
