The Hospitality & Event Services Office is located on the second floor of Rudder Tower. The floor consists of the Hospitality & Event Services Office and a registration area that is available for conference registration.

Our office handles room reservations for the following:

Memorial Student Center (including Hallway) [Building 454]
Rudder Tower [Building 446]
Expressive Activity Areas ( Rudder Fountain, Sul Ross Statue, West Campus)
Rooms 110-111 in the Koldus Building [Building 383]
All Faiths Chapel [Building 512]

Locations may be reserved by recognized student organizations, faculty, staff and university departments at no charge, for organizations, staff meetings and development, and department food events.

Conferences and meetings that include participation of off campus attendees will require payment for facility use.

The facilities that are reserved by Scheduling and Services are not available to the general public.
